I met with the manager and a potential colleague in person. We had a nice dialogue, but decided it wasn't a good fit from either end. Our conversation was candid and amicable.

Sehr freundlich und professionel. Die Fragen waren fair. Kleiner Vortrag mußte innerhalb 15 min vorbereitet und gehalten werden. Das Thema war ansprechend.
Es fand ein Gruppengespräch statt. Dadurch musste man sich nich mehrfach vorstellen.
Der ganze Prozess wurde zügig durchgeführt.
