The first phase was a 15-30 minute phone screeening with the talent aquisition. Then I heard back 2 days later to schedule my next 2 interviews. The first round was with the Sr. HF who was very nice. It was a mix of conversation so they get to know you and behavioral/technical questions which lasted a little over an hour. The second round was with the director of HF. The 2nd round felt a little more rushed since you only had 30 minutes. It was 3 questions and was asked a scenario question where you walk them through a hypothetical.
