The interview process is a set of four, individual, video-linked interviews, with different members of the legal group. Each interview is around 30 to 40 minutes long with a mix of technical, hypothetical, and character questions, depending on the interviewer. The overall process is streamlined and efficient with a few days between each interview. Throughout these stages, I was guided kindly, efficiently and professionally by Sarah Chong, a member of HR. Sarah was incredibly responsive whenever I had a question, and always updated me regularly about next steps after each interview. She was accommodating to my schedule and also provided me with useful links to the bios of my interviewers, which I found to be helpful.
