I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Binance
Interview
Pre-filtering process by recruiter. It was impersonal and some statements made by the recruiter are rather condescending (or insulting to say the least). Makes you wonder about the culture of the company. This could be perhaps why Binance has issues regulators around the world.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Binance (London, England) in Mar 2024
Interview
Firstly contacted by the Global Hiring Manager to have a quick video interview, which lasts about 20 minutes. Got the 2nd round interview with the legal head (scheduled for 30 minutes, but ended in 45 minutes).

The interview process was very smooth and organized. It took about a week for all the interviews. The entire interview process to getting the job offer was about 1.5 weeks. I really appreciate all the help provided by Sarah in HR. She provided updates throughout the whole process and is super nice. Thanks so much to the Binance team!
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Binance (Hong Kong) in Feb 2022
Interview
4 rounds in total - very friendly and highly competent interviewers from impressive backgrounds. Being able to fit into the culture is an important aspect.
Sarah Chong who is their recruiter is the most helpful recruiter I’ve come across. She is organised, friendly and knowledgable. She made the entire interview and on-boarding process smooth and easy to follow.
