Basically a scam. The interviewer started out by asking a few questions about me and quickly proceeded to ask about my daily work processes etc. At first I thought he just wanted to check if I was actually experienced and capable of doing my job. After this went on for about 20 mins, I started to realise that something was really off. I might've been very naive from the beginning but since I haven't experienced a "scam" interview before, I wasn't aware of what was happening until it was too late. It turns out they were just stealing my company's business models and processes for their new department by setting up this "interview" for a fake role - I later found out the had done the same with several of my colleagues. Be extremely careful with this company and don't waste your time interviewing for a non-existing role and handing out business models for free. Definitely learned my lesson, so thanks to Binance.
