What a disgusting process. First of all, you’re doing an interview with an AI, entirely in English, answering questions via video. Then, at the end, there’s a written test — again in English. If you succeed, the next video call is with HR, where they just ask a few questions about your experience. The final interview is with some of the team members — one Turkish, one German, and one Italian. I think they were all team leaders. They asked only one question about crypto and Binance; the rest was about KPIs. I applied for a position that requires speaking full German, yet all the interviews were in English. I only spoke German for about 5 minutes in german, when they just asked me to define myself. The whole process takes about three weeks to a month, and in the end, I got a direct rejection. The reason? Who knows. Total comedy.
