Bike and Kayak Tours interview questions

Interview was awkward and a waste of time. The guy interviewing me seemed like a college kid, and he didn't ask any questions about my resume -- he just gave me a general description of the job. It was highly unprofessional, and maybe a bit rude. Despite waiting 20 minutes for him to arrive, I was in and out of there in like 5 minutes. I definitely get the impression they evaluate candidates based solely on looks -- do you have the "lifeguard" aesthetic, or not? Just a heads up for anyone who's applying here.
