I applied online and the a quiz followed by a phone call for face to face interview. the interview was not much difficult but the main concern is the availability and some basic queations
It was quite brief, I was asked a number of questions from a sheet and my answers were written down. They were general questions mainly about customer service experiences. Wasnt asked much about skills.

Short, unprepared, later than it should've been. Not much was asked of us and getting the job was way too easy, as much as that sounds like a good thing, it's always a red flag.
