      I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Bidmii (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2022

      Interview

      The interview process is very unethical; you apply online, and then instead of receiving a phone call and or an email, the company chooses to casually text you through the online job board. When they contact, it will be the chief executive officer, who has a lack of ethics and is not at all customer service oriented. You will be given a dead link, to create a video of yourself (they say they offer written answers, but they don't as they do not understand the linked in platform they post to), and so if you do not have the capability, the availability and or the want to submit a video recording of yourself for them...they will be very arrogant and ignorant to do things in an ethical manner. I rescinded my application, and then the next message was that the person felt I was not the right fit for them...they further harassed and belittled my feedback, and especially when I gave the business an online review. be very careful with this company as they are extremely juvenile as the chief executive officer, in his response, also blocked me from any further message and or viewing of his profile on linked in. So funny, and especially when they feel a need to respond to every single persons review online of the business.
