I was invited to an interview by the HR director and worked with them for a time and date that suited us both. I was interviewed by the HR director and HR co-ordinator for around 30-40 minutes. It was a more relaxed interview than I have had in the past and I was made to feel at ease. There were no 'surprise' questions and I felt I developed a rapport with the interviewers.
