Beyond Finance Manager Strategy & Analytics interview questions

Needlessly lengthy and unprofessional. I applied in December of 2022 but didn't get a callback until late January. The first initial conversations with the recruiter was fine. After talking with the recruiter, I was prompted to take some SQL assessments, and upon passing it I was scheduled to walk through a live Excel case. After that, I spoke with an SVP, then a manager. Finally, after all of these steps, which took a span of nearly 2 months, I was asked to provide my availability for supposedly the final round. I complied, only to receive a generic rejection email the day later. No other callbacks and no other feedback followed.
