Interview
1st HR screen, meeting with hiring manager, followed by SQL assessment. Doesn’t matter if you are a JR analyst or Director level, everyone has to take the SQL assessment. I decided to pass at that point and not go any further in the process .

First a simple phone screen. Then what was supposed to be a 30 minute behavioral interview about your past experiences that actually was a “gotcha” technical case that asked no behavioral questions at all.
