      Outreach Staff Interview

      Jul 30, 2013
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Atlanta, GA
      No offer

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Better Georgia (Atlanta, GA) in Jun 2013

      Interview

After submitting my resume I got a call from them within the next two days. He gave me a little overview of the company and asked if it is something that I'm interested in. There were 2 other people there interviewing at the same time. We sat in the conference room and the field coordinator told us about the company and what the position would entail. He made it seem like they do a lot of training and you don't have to be that familiar with government issues. After he told us about the company for 15 minutes we were separated to have our individual interviews. Once I had my individual interview he asked me if I worked on campaigns in college and what issues I was passionate about. Because I didn't name that many issues and I didn't work on any student government campaigns the interview didn't last long.
