Beto for Texas interview questions

The interview process consisted of applying online via the Beto for Texas website. The application process was fairly easy as the required materials were not that extensive. After applying, I had a phone interview that was mainly a 'get to know you' interview. Then I was offered another interview asking more detailed and situation based questions. After, I was offered a job with the Organization.
