From the initial contact with the company people, I came to know the flexibility of the entire work process. The interview was done in sections, the first being self introductory session. Being the one who has already undergone the interview, I can give some tips to other candidates regarding the type of interview. It is desirable for the candidate to express their views frankly. Straightforwardness always impresses the interview panel.
