You go on their website, sign up take the test wait for them to email you (If you pass the online test) and have you select an interview date. The interviewer was on time. The interview takes about 20 -30 minutes in total and is divided into three sections. Section one, you talk about employment history about yourself and why you want to work with Best Teacher. The section you are expected to give a demo lesson using the lesson material sent to your email. The interviewer will pretend to be your student and you the teacher. In the third section, they ask you to enter the recording room on their website and record some stuff and post it. After you've done that, they call you back in the same hour via skype and tell you your results.
