It was very chilled out. The interviewer made the situation very comfortable. They gave a more detailed description of the job and typical shifts. They asked about my flexibility with regards to shifts

Straight forward and only ask questions about previous work experience. Then enquire about your work availability and how you get shifts with them. When I worked there, shifts were posted on Facebook and you would have to respond to get put on the rota.
