Berks County Intermediate Unit interview questions

I interviewed with a supervisor and lead speech language pathologist. It felt very comfortable but professional. I appreciate being interviewed by people who know what I do. It was a no pressure interview that was open to back and forth dialog.

The atmosphere was very relaxed and positive. The supervisor was helpful and kind and it felt more like a conversation than an interview. The team seemed to work well together and answered my questions about work life balance.
