Berkeley Preparatory School interview questions

Interview process is fairly slow. I applied and didn't get a call or notification for over a month. It is a very good school so the wait is worth it.

I was contacted by email to set up a phone interview. I was given the number to call and a specific time to do so. We rescheduled this twice because my call went unanswered, the interviewer claimed something had come up, which I understand happens in education. However, after I my call was not answered again on the third rescheduled attempt, I followed up by email to inquire if the position was still looking to be filled and never received any response. The experience was very unprofessional.
