Went through 3 phone interviews. Apparently, at the time of my screening process, there were 2 more in person interviews. So I am told from a friend of friends who is now former employee. At the time, I also took a Briggs Myers personality test.

Standard HR protocol questions. Experience background. Explain how you did X, and how you were able to make Y successful, etc.
