How soon could I begin. They offer cohort systole training.
Long interview process that was somewhat unnecessary but it seems like a good company that cares about their people. I appreciate the thoroughness and care with which they asked the questions.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BeneTrac (Atlanta, GA) in Aug 2017
Interview
Phone interview with Recruiter, next week phone interview with E. Coast Manager, next week phone interview with W. Coast Manager who was an hour late for the call. Next week, flown to NY for an in person interview, and told verbally & by email that I would be moving on to next steps. I never heard back from anyone again after that point. Called the Recruiter about a week later for an update, and he never bothered to respond. This was the most unprofessional and disrespectful experiences I've ever had with a company during the interview process. Not only because I was lied to by the hiring manager, but because there was total silence when I reached out to the Recruiter by phone, and by email to the hiring manager after 3 weeks had passed.
Candidates deserve to be respected too.
