The process consists of diverse steps described on the company's website. Bending Spoons is very fast and efficient in providing feedback on the process and next steps. Not only did I take part in interviews, but also in a Q&A session with a member of the Talent team, where I could ask any questions I might have had about the company or the process itself.

Question 1
The company requires you to sign an NDA before starting the interview process, so I can't really provide any details about the specific questions asked. Generally speaking, I appreciated the interviewer's attention to detail and collaborative attitude.
The interview process proposed by Bending Spoons for the Finance Manager position is extremely meritocratic. The process begins with several logical, verbal, and aptitude tests, as well as tests on Google Sheets. Once these are passed, you will have the first HR interview, during which your personal attitude and interest in the company will be assessed. The second interview will be exclusively logic-based, and finally, the third interview will be technical, with questions related to the division you applied to.
