After the CV screening, you receive one task, primarily focused on math questions and logic. If you pass, you get five more tasks covering algorithms, programming, math problems, logic etc. and a behavioral test. I didn’t proceed further as I couldn’t pass this stage. Upsides: Communication was smooth and efficient, with responses within a few days everything was clear. The team was polite, and the process felt fair and equal. Downsides: The tasks are lengthy and come with strict time limits. I don’t believe they accurately measure your capacity or potential; rather, they seem to test how well you’ve prepared for specific interview-style math problems. While some tasks may gauge IQ and offer useful insights, they don’t fully capture your problem-solving skills. The biggest drawback is the time pressure, which can lead to mistakes and doesn’t reflect real-world scenarios where you have the opportunity to carefully consider all possibilities.
