I applied on their website and then had 4 interview/meetings: > in person interview with store manager > online “ethics” quiz > follow up interview to discuss results > online interview with regional manager > final “interview”/offer

The Executive Assistant to the CEO scheduled a phone call with the CEO. I talked directly with the CEO. I rated this as a negative experience as I never received any form of communication after this first interview. I interviewed for an executive position and they ghosted. Very unprofessional and speaks to some of the reviews where they state they are clicky and very friendly and a great place to work if you're in the click but otherwise, you're not treated well. Do better Ben Bridge with your stated values.
