I interviewed at Belle Aire Creations (Libertyville, IL)
Interview
It's incredibly frustrating when you're strung along through a three-part interview process, only to be left without any communication or notification regarding the final decision. The lack of communication is disappointing. Despite the lengthy and repetitive interview sessions, which seemed to ask the same questions over and over, they didn't have the courtesy to inform you if they had selected another candidate.

I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Belle Aire Creations (Libertyville, IL) in Mar 2024
Interview
I reached out to Belle Aire and asked if they had any openings. I communicated with HR and Quality control and interviewed on the phone and via zoom. I was told they wanted me to move up from QC into a different department at their creative center in Libertyville. They were all very kind, except HR routinely called me after normal business hours, which was odd, but always polite and enthusiastic.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Belle Aire Creations (Libertyville, IL) in Jan 2024
Interview
Interviewed with Jason the COO, I could quickly tell he hadn't even looked at my resume prior to my arrival and was so distracted on his phone and computer it was laughable. Was asking me questions as he moved through my resume, very unorganized and not thoughtful.
I literally rolled my eyes when he took a call from his wife the CEO during our interview. Total disregard for my time and frankly after I walked out of there I didn't want the job. After reading the reviews I can see the validity.

Question 1
Lack of Preparation, questions were vague and open ended. Seemed to not be impressed with any of my answers. Only difficult part about this interview was not walking out.
