Awesome experience. They were very nice and made me feel like family right there and then. The lady Janice was a little twitchy in the left eye but other than that it was great.

Interview
Interviewed w/ the president and ops director. Turns out they didn't have the authority to hire, had to talk to the big boss from Israel. Had to wait another couple of weeks. I'm Finally offered me a job, but then had the receptionist call me and cancel at the last minute. They offer a minimal salary and NO BENEFITS, none. If you want the oppressive feel of a 3rd World employer, you've come to the right place.

Interview
They ask you a couple of questions, see whether or not you are interested in makeup and skincare and then go on to explain how the business works and what kinds of commission you will be getting. They don't seem to care whether you accept or not initially, they usually let you work, but if you are a good sales rep they will try to keep you.
