Interview
First there was a Phone interview which was appox. about 30 minutes. Then, I set up an in person interview on the property with the community manager. After meeting with her, I met the assistant manager. A few days later I received a call back with a possible offer. I thought it over and called a few days later to accept the offer.

Great interview with property manager. Pay was low compared to cost of living in Austin. $16 an hour not including bonuses. It’s kind of hard to get promoted. Overall good experience.

Interview
The interview was a two part process. The 1st interview was okay, but chaotic the company was transitioning the property to the new owners. Did not hear back for a while then asked for a 2nd interview (3wks later) and while in the interview I was confused if they remembered that I even came for the first interview already. once sitting down with the same person she did not ask ANY questions so wasted my time, just an awkward encounter. Honestly worst/awkward interview I ever encountered.
