Interview
Interviewed in-person by manager. She was the only employee there so the interview was frequently interrupted. She asked more personal questions than work-related and mentioned a few times that there are a lot of angry residents at that location. After the interview she discussed next steps (second interview with regional director) and to send her references. I sent reference information the same day. Never heard from her again. I also followed up with my references and they said she never reached out. Waste of time.

Interview
I interviewed prior to the implementation of People Answers and was hired on the spot by my manager. I was also given a mouth swab drug test on the spot. The interview lasted 2 hours as the manager and I got along very well.
