Technically it was not an interview. It was a digital interview with preset questions and had to answer in 2 min. They asked all behavioral questions like tell us about a time when you and your team had strong disagreement and how were you able to solve it.
- 1. Strong disagreement in the team and how were you able to work on it? 2. Tell me about your most challenging project that you had to use critical thinking and analytic skills? 3. Why bell and what stream in bell are you interested in?

Started the process by applying to the role. Then had to complete a video interview answering questions while recording myself. Then had a phone interview which was then followed by a video interview
