I had a phone interview a week after I applied through their company website and the phone interview was basically behavioral questions. I then had 3 back to back FaceTime interviews with different buyers. They all asked similar questions. Study company history and information, study the department brands, and have lots of questions to ask.

Schedule phone interview with HR; talk about yourself and the position. About a week later, I had separate interviews with 4 buyers. They all had similar questions regarding background, the position, experience in retail, computer programs. Familiarize yourself with the position description and ask questions (the specific department and company). Heard back in less than a week.

First had a phone interview with HR, was asked to interview with two buyers via Skype. I felt like both interviews went well, were pretty simple behavioral questions mostly. Waited two weeks, and emailed them back to find out I did not get the job offer.
