Interview
Multiple stage process; following the presentation you get invited for written test. If you’re successful, stage 2 is full assessment day including listening skills, report writing skills and interview. Vetting includes extensive checks of all social media posts from your accounts - they will find them all! You will also be invited for a hearing test. Staff are very professional, assessment day included many people not making it through respective stages during the day

The interview process was thorough, professional and informative. They asked questions to not only know about my skills but also the value I could bring to the role. Lots of insight into what the role will involve and the culture. Highly recommend and thoroughly enjoy my new role

Online application, personal statement advice on how to answer by the recruiters - very helpful.
Assessment day - 40/50 people put in groups. Simple team task and discussion.
You will be assessed by 4 different assessors. After this stage, you are given an hour break where they decide on 20 people to have a personal interview.
Then you are interviewed as an individual with two interviewers.
