Stared with filling out online ap. Ap site was difficult to navigate. Took almost two weeks to hear back from Beckman. The first call was to book a phone interview with the area manager. Manager called right on time. He asked standard interview questions such as: why do you think you will be a good fit for this job? Can you tell me what you think this job entails? Manager called back to schedule face to face with three interviewers (1:1 with each). One did technical, one did personal, one more standard interview questions. Was about the 5th week when I received an email thanking me for my time. I contacted manager again for feedback on my interview. Manager was very possitive. Took person with most experience.
