First vetted by a third party recruiter who then coordinated phone interviews with the manager and scheduled the in-person interview. By the time the in-person interview rolled around, the recruiter left their job and had no one to finish up the backlog or communicate this to me. I was provided directions to not reach out to the company and to only communicate with the recruiter, and so I called and left messages, emailed and was left in limbo for 2 weeks until the hiring manager reached out to complete the rest of the process.
The in person interview required a 10 minute presentation of my choice, to have the team assess my presentation and teaching skills. After that I met with the team while they asked questions regarding my work history and why I decided to move for this role.
