Several rounds of interviews with lots of people. Definitely take their time getting to know you and doing personal interviews and behavioral style questions. The process takes quite a bit of time to schedule since they involve so many people , too.
Interview was great, consisted of three rounds with a recruiter screen, interpersonal, and technical interview. Interviewers were friendly and asked good questions that were geared towards seeing how good of a developer you are instead of how well you can solve leetcode questions.

Extremely focused on behavior scenarios. Looking for interpersonal skills. I was impressed with how focused this organization is on their style and experience of the brand and also how the style of their employee base plays a role in that atmosphere. This came out in the style of the interview process. The company’s core values shined through the process.
