The interview process began with an hour long phone call with some behavioral based questions as well as a bit about my resume. Then afterwards, I was invited for an on-site interview. The on-site interview was about three hours long seperated into a few sections. The beginning I met with a Talent Acquisiton member who showed me around a bit and explained some of the benefits, then I met with a department manager, afterwards two other managers joined for a small interview panel with more STAR behavioral based questions. Then I had the opportunity to meet 1 on 1 with an employee who had worked there for a while and asked questions as peer to peer. Then I briefly met with a subdivision manager and the manager from the beginning. The position and company values were explained well and the managers were very receptive towards questions and willing to answer. The process was very well laid out and communication was positive.
