Thanks for taking the time to provide us with some feedback. We really appreciate you coming in and giving us a chance to find out a bit more about you. We’re aware that there is sometimes repetition in our questions. This could be for one of a number of reasons, including: allowing each interviewer to get a good sense of the interviewees’ motivations; giving candidates the opportunity to elaborate on a particular point; or because we’d like to address a concern noted by a previous interviewer in more depth. With regards to your other comments, in the past year our headcount has grown by 20% and our revenue by many multiples of that, so “slow” isn’t the word we’d use to describe our current growth phrase. We also wouldn’t describe our work environment as “high pressure” and encourage our employees as well as interview candidates to just be themselves. You are, however, spot on about the importance we place on our company culture. A huge part of that culture is welcoming diverse characters and ways of thinking. As our culture has been an underlying driver of our success it is something we are continuously investing in and something we want to build on as we grow.
