Very simple, you either got it or you dont and thats made extremely clear from the hiring managers. Must come in with enthusiasm and moxy! Furthermore, its a competitive position with tons of applicants, their programming and events are awesome.

We spoke on 10/17, and she mentioned she would follow up about setting up an interview. It has now been 7 days, and I still have not heard back. I sent a follow-up message on LinkedIn on 10/23 and have not received a response. Ghosting candidates is unprofessional, and employers should strive to do better.
