The company was hiring solely via staffing agencies.You had to clear that companies background and in office exams before you were submitted. After your 90 day review you could apply to become a permanent employee.

Phone screen first with HR Director, then in person interview with creative director, product manager, VP of Product. It was very comfortable and the people I interviewed with were all very cool.

Interviewed first with two members of the department, the head of the department and the HR Director were later brought in. They followed up about a week later, had an offer ready for me. Gave me lots of time to ask questions and to make sure I understood the implications of the job.
