Two interviews, both with two members of management. A test about wine, pairing, and cocktails. Not too difficult if you have experience bar tending. Dress attire was nicer then I thought it would be.

Interview
It consisted of me walking in asking if they were hiring, sitting down with the manager and the assistant (who seemed relatively young) and asking random questions about my previous jobs and such. Nothing out of the ordinary, wanted to make sure I was capable of working in a high paced restaurant.
