Reach is all completed via email. The phone screen is short. Then you are scheduled with 3 people in similar or higher roles. No follow-up from the Talent team until they reach out to state they would like to make an offer but you don't know who the hiring manager will be. Disorganized and the Interviewer didn't know the current needs for the opening. Talent Acquisition doesn't communicate well and interviewees' questions are not all answered.
