Initial interview was a very relaxing conversation with the hiring manager, a policy of not reading resumes in detail until they meet the person is a positive approach I feel.
/ three-stage process
Firstly, a recorded video of yourself answering questions.
Next a zoom interview
Finally, they ask you to join a group session
Where I was offered the oppintunity then they were not able to set an actual date.
I wasn't really interested based on the extensive review process for a low calibre position that is misleading in the job description. According to other reviews...
