So I was initially brought in for a peer interview with the dpt manager, a nurse, and another staff member that incant recollect the title of. They proceeded to ask a series of situational type questions along with questions about my current job duties and why I was looking for a change. After the interview I was given a tour of the area and advised I'd be getting a call or email to set up a second, "cultural" interview. Due to the need to complete the interview process my cultural interview took place via phone and was with 3 people, one being a physician in which they asked a few more situational questions combined with non traditional interview questions such as what non conventional method of treatment would I implement if given the chance and why. I was then contacted by HR with an offer of employment but the pay was exactly what I was already making despite telling them from the start my salary expectations. Given the clinic location takin an hr each way to get to with traffic, I countered the offer and a few weeks later was contacted again by HR and offered over $3 more an hr than the original offer. I accepted, completed online forms and was asked to schedule my new hire health screen. This consisted of paperwork, I-9, taking badge photo, urine drug/nicotine testing and blood work to check for immunity to certain things. Currently waiting to hear back that everything is good to go and on track to start on jan 20.
