I applied online. I interviewed at Bayes Esports Solutions in Sep 2020
Interview
Several stages:
- Online coding challenge:
- Non technical interview:
- Coding Project
- Technical Interview
Online challenge was general coding tests including algorithms and Python knowledge.
Then they set up an interview with the product owner, questions like why did you applied to this job etc.Nothing unusual.
Coding task was serious and a bit hard.
Overall, the recruitment process was very well defined and professional.
Also recruitment team was super friendly and helpful.

Question 1
General python knowledge questions.
Coding project
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bayes Esports Solutions (Berlin)
Interview
During the hiring process, I went through a series of interviews and assessments, which included: 1. Initial interview with HR 2. Completion of an easy coding questionnaire 3. Coding challenge 4. Interview with a Product Owner (PO) 5. Interview to review the coding challenge with developers 6. Final interview with higher-level executives I must say that the interviewers were all friendly, and the interviews themselves were both interesting and engaging. However, I did find that the overall process took longer than I had hoped. Each interview step consumed approximately a week's time, which extended the duration of the process beyond my expectations.

I applied online. I interviewed at Bayes Esports Solutions in May 2022
Interview
A general Python test with 12 questions, really easy.
The interview with the HR person, it was good.
And then they sent a coding challenge. I wasted 6 hours on what they wanted because they accidentally sent the challenge with the solution.
They apologized and sent a new one. They said it'd take two hours but I can guarantee that it was for more than 2 hours. Anyway, I did it and sent it to them. After one week, they just replied with "no". But why? After I invested several hours in your challenge, you have to give me a reason to reject it. I just don't understand, it's unethical.
First was a Technical Assessment and then a talk with the Product Owner. Afterwards there was a coding challenge which was reviewed with one of the developers. Afterwards there was a quick chat with several teams members(3-4) to meet the rest of the team.
