First I did a phone interview which is super easy. Then I went in for a one on one interview. I was interviewed by two current employees and not a manager.

There was too much technical questions. They are running large budgets and this position requires a lot of tedious work. They were not very enthusiastic about giving PPC professional a proper salary. Company culture is kinda lacking for such a profitable company, and the office itself isn't in the best shape.
