Bay District Schools interview questions

I interviewed with the principal of that school. It was easy and laid back. It helped me to not feel so nervous. I was offered a position within the district.

Applied online and was called the next day to come in. There was a panel of six staff members in the interview room. This is not typical of a teacher interview process and immediately threw me off. They were asking me questions at the same time and I did not know who to look at. I can honestly say this was my worst interview ever. They called me a week later and said I did not get the job. I checked the job board and saw that they had reposted the job so it seems they had still not found anyone suitable after a week of interviewing.
