Bay Area Youth Services interview questions

Pretty standard interview process. There is an assessment you must pass and then a formal interview. Standard questions for the position are asked and finding out if you are hired is very quick.

I applied for the position on the company website. I received on the same day a automated phone interview. The question were understandable. Next, the recruiter reached out to me regarding pay. It only pay 19.23 and most HR Specialist make aleast 21.00 dollars. Then, they sent me an assessment test and the first part was timed and it was math question and logic. The next part was a personality test and it froze up and I couldn't complete the assessment. This company is asking for way to much.
