DO NOT RECOMMEND. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Bay Area Retina Associates' hiring process was disappointing enough to warrant one. I completed two interviews for a position: an initial 10-minute phone screening followed by a 30-minute Zoom interview. Both conversations seemed positive, and I was told I would hear back regarding next steps. I've reached out twice to follow up, and it's been 3 weeks without any reciprocated communication. Neither message received a response. Extremely unprofessional, it would have taken my interviewer less than 5 minutes to state that they moved forward with other candidates. Do not recommend working here if the company can't offer basic respect during the interview stage.
