I was sought out and contacted by the company to interview for a position I didn’t apply for. They knew my years of experience before contacting me yet no offer because I didn’t have enough years of experience. A real waste of time. Also the pay they offered was extremely low. The whole interview consisted of trying to dig for information about my current company, a competitor.
