The first interview was pretty typical. However, it was only a half an hour which limited my ability to share my work. It was also pretty disorganized. For the second round, I was asked to present several of my past projects, which was quite time consuming. They said I would hear back by that Friday. Instead, over three weeks passed before they told me that they decided they weren't going to hire for the role at all. A total waste of everyone's time.
