There are two peoples from the firm to have an interview but not inside the office. I am very interested about visiting their working space and environment. They are willing to listen to your projects, and they very care about your Revit skill.

Interview
It was a pretty standard interview. Met with the owner of the firm and discussed the past experience that I had and the employer described the history of his firm along with the project typology that they do. Established general rapport and had a conservation for expected salary and level of contribution to the firm. Confimed all of this on second interview.
